The Partnership is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization made up of volunteers from the business and education sector. Our mission is to make a difference in our county by making a positive impact on our students.

The partnership provides opportunities to enhance the education experience for our students and better prepare them for the future workplace. Some of the activities provided by the partnership include:

Career Pathway Guide Booklets for 8th grade students
Career Exploration Fairs for 10th grade students
Job Shadowing for high school juniors and seniors
Teacher Tours of businesses and industries
Workforce Development Curriculum Presentations to high school juniors
New this year - College Scholarships

This partnership strives to reach every student in Harnett County and assist them in developing a roadmap to a successful career.

We do need your continued financial help to continue the efforts of the Partnership. The partnership is heavily dependent on volunteers; however we do incur expenses to maintain the level of activities currently undertaken.
